yeah, i owe one of those bandage skirts in black. i was quite amazed that the fabric was really thick and it was only 15€

I own it in red, I love it I'm tempted to go buy the black one too, as well as the dark purple (my favorite color).
Except over here it's only 13Euros... I really want more!! They are so comfortable, although a bit bum hugging.

im planning to go downtown tomorrow just for the closest store to carry trend.

im sick and tired of traveling 2 hours just for clothes. H&M needs to step it up and make it available in my city!

The H&M Gods actually answered my prayer!

I visited my closest store and divided was everywhere!

I asked one of the associates and they say their grand opening is actually on this thursday.

Their shoes and accessories look nice in pics, but in person, the material looks way too cheap..... Hard to fool anyone that it's NOT H&M.

They do that with their clothes too..

On their A/W ads from last year you could notice that the models wore dresses of different quality & fabric then the ones in store Well a lot of brands probably do that.. especially in the highstreet.

btw, I'm glad the H&M ones are thicker and have a seam underneath, unlike the AA ones which I own as well.

I really have to check H&M then because I hate the fact that my AA mini skirt has no seam and is so thin. The fabric of the AA skirt widens a lot after you've sat down a couple of times And it was quite espensive here, given the poor quality. I never wear my AA skirt anymore plus the missing seam causes threads to hand out and all in all it just looks very cheap. I definitely need to get the H&M version. Those stretch mini skirts are from Divided, right?

Yes, the previews are usually for the Trend line. The Trend stuff comes in pretty good quality, IMO. Sometimes the cheaper lines will carry pieces similar to the trend ones but a bit less "fashion forward" or a season later. I agree that the quality in the ladies section is sometimes a bit bad but I've never been let down by trend so far. There are a lot of silk and leather pieces. Of course the quality is not perfect but I think it's worth the money.

Attention to all the parisiennes and tourists in Paris, a new H&M will open next to the Galeries Lafayette instead of Bouchara a store that sells fabrics, sewing material, decoration.

L'enseigne Bouchara ferme son magasin de Paris et laisse sa place à H&M. Le magasin de Paris Haussmann, l'un des deux derniers de l'enseigne Bouchara, distributeur de tissus depuis plus de 100 ans, fermera en août pour laisser sa place au groupe d'habillement H&M (Hennes et Mauritz), a-t-on appris mercredi de sources concordantes.

No details on the opening date as renovation must be done but the Bouchara store will close in August so I guess it's fair to assume that the store won't open till end of the year.

Uh just got an email from H&M saying that there will be an extra 50% discount on already discounted items, it started today and includes friday and saturday ... I'm so going by H&M either today or tomorrow!

Yep, I've put about 5 sales items away. I'll try them on tomorrow..
But yes they are practically giving the stuff away.. One of the pieces I'm going to try on is a pair of children's olive colored cropped pants that is only $ 4.2

I went yesterday and got myself the black miniskirt from Divided. I already like it soo much more than my AA interlock mini.

I also got myself 2 fall items from the Trend line. A very Prada Fall 08-esque black lace top a beige lace tulip skirt.

It is really pretty and the lace is like 80% cotton so it's not too shiny(which would've made it tacky, IMO).
I saw many of the fall items from the preview in the Trend section.

i just went today and found a tab shirt, a hooded leather jacket, and a scarf.

i bought the scarf and it was excessively extra large. it was 6ft.
