I return items in H&M all the times because they are so tolerant and uncomplicated. Sometimes when I'm not in the mood to try something on or if the store is almost closing and I don't have enough time anymore I just buy it and try it on at home. It's so easy to return stuff, I love that. Especially as other stores like Zara make such a fuss about it.

i also always loved h&m returning policies... however since a couple of weeks ago, you can't get a money refund, only a store credit.. that makes me think twice if i really want to buy something...

I just wonder where's your store? which country?

So far, I haven't heard that there would be a change in the exchange/reimburse policy.

i think the changed the exchange policy in germany and austria.. as far as i know

As far as I know, here in Switzerland they haven't changed the exchange policy. But maybe it's just a matter of time until they do.
