It's SOO unfair they don't have the online store. They even had Comme on the online shop which would have saved me queuing in the morning @@
do they sell trend on the website?

They sell only a few selected items of Trend in their Online-Shop, too bad that they don't offer the whole line.

so, guess what, i've been to 3 h&ms today to get something with the 20%off coupon and found NOTHING! the trend stuff is horrible with all this 80s trash and pastels stuff and the spring collection is sooo boring. i'm dissapointed!

yeah I really dislike the trend stuff this time round and in the London store I went to THE TREND STUFF WAS MIXED UP WITH THE NORMAL H&M STUFF. which meant I have to rummage around for Trend stuff amongst all the ugly normal stuff instead of it being in a corner by itself. Yeah IK I am a clothing snob rofl.

i hope this mixing trend with all the other stuff will not become common in all the stores. in one of the two stores i was today the trend stuff was mixed with the other stuff too. that's so bad!

OH NO IT'S SPREADINGGGGG. I think it's because only a few very stylish people buy trend so they're trying to make more people buy it. I did see one nice thing though and it was a denim button up shirt with a cute pointy collar.

bought some great stuff from the Trend dept. - among other things a pretty silk scarf with printed flowers on and a black elastic belt, hair elastics and a black hairband with "studs".

Oh no, it is not a good sign that that mixing up the Trend line is spreading. They started doing this in the H&M in my city and I was sooo pissed, I don't go there that often anymore because it always takes so much time now to rummage though all the racks looking for a few nice pieces. Anyway, I emailed them about it as it first started here and they said that they're just in a test phase. But seeing as they're starting to do this everywhere it is probably not a test anymore! O.O They're explenation for the mix up was that they want give the "average customer" the chance to incorporate more unusual pieces in their wardrobe. Gah, as if the average H&M customer here would care.

well, the average cunsumer won't buy much of trend, right? and if people like us, who go straight to the trend department can't do this anymore.. to me this means: more trend stuff on sale! :-)

however i don't get the idea of mixing only the trend line with the other lines... i mean, they don't do it with divided, why on earth the trend line?!?

btw. on of the h&ms i went to yesterday had still a really nice trend department.

i absolutely LOVE this season's stuff though, much better than the fall collection. i adore the colours, fabrics and that denim shirt is nice i was considering getting it but it's probably gone now!

So I had my dad print the coupon for me since I couldnt open it on my computer. Quick question.... it says its good until the 13th... so does that mean I can use it that day or will they tell me it has already expired?

Turns out I dont have the coupon after all. I was in a hurry & used the link here... when I looked at the coupon my dad had printed for me it was for UK only so I guess no coupon for me. Maybe it means I shouldnt be spending the money lol.

When I went into the fitting room today, they had a pile of coupons laying right there. So I just asked if I could have a few. No problem. I even saw them at the cash register, so you don't even have to print them at home I guess.

Ive never seen them laying around at US stores they if they give them to you its when you purchase soemthing but Im going Friday so Ill check & maybe ask if they have any extras.
