^Stores with a larger Divided section carry all kind of patterned tights, they had some dotted ones not too long ago (they came in black, blue, grey and red) and I'm sure they'll stock them or a similar pair again.

(That said, I wouldn't advise buying them, the quality is not worth the money at all.)

This just happened to me. I called their service and was told that this happens when you order too many things at once or from the sale that aren't available anymore because other people happend to order the same items seconds before you or you tried too many discount codes at once (or their PC being stupid). She was really friendly and I didn't want to blame it on her because obviously it wasn't her fault but the organisation of the shop is quite frustrating.

Ok, now I'm starting to feel like I'm talking to myself here!

H&M online shop is the worst ever!
i once ordered two things and it did last 4 freaking weeks to come (i called there once and they said that my order is coming to me, that it takes two days to come) and one item was missing!
actually i did end up returning those because i was so mad and the quality was poor.
i never ever shop H&M online or order from catalogue.

^The funny thing is, that I did receive that canceled order I was taking about in that post! How stupid is that? But than I'm a horrible customer because I only order fron their sale section... I would never just order two things or less, the shipping costs in Germany are way too expensive.
But I always received what I ordered or got a substitute for an item (sometimes a good one, see my post about the cardigan, sometimes a ridiculous one like a black, size 42 pant for one I ordered in white and 34 ).
The only thing you really can rely on is their "home" section. You receive what you order and very fast and the quality is great! I just love the organic cotton towels and bedclothes I bought and my room is laid out with their carpets which really are worth what you pay for them.

i never used to bother with h&m, now i am finding soo many amazing basic pieces. they wash really well and fit nicely too. i'm addicted, have to stop myself from going in too often.

Same.Although there are a few lovely scarves in H&M that I have my eyes on. What is the quality of the bags like from H&M in general? There's quite a nice one that I like but I'm worried that I'll get what I pay for and it's worth not buying it.
