The one thing i hate about these shows , that it doesnt give us more of an insight in the aspects of running an agency , all im seeing so far are the drama's.I would be mortified if my clients would see me like that.

Thaksvto those who uploaded ! I found it very entertaining! I felt sorry for the commercial Booker John though, they really did leave him out like little wanky editorial in club it would make me furious too if inwas treated like that by people whose salaries that he was essentially paying!

just watched episode 3 and i was bored out of my mind from all the drama unfortunately for shows like this they really have to work it up on that aspect since the work related stuff wouldn't really hold much of the viewer's attention especially for those who are clueless about this business i did like Julia's part in it, and thought i felt sad for her most of the time what with all the exhaustion oddly enough her appearance for me was the highlight in the episode and not because we know of her but because all the cigarette breaks and sketchy office prattle and exacerbated arguments just sounded too over the top. and the pacing was just too slow.

Glad others sympathise with John. I thought the behaviour of Carol and some of the bookers was so unprofessional and demeaning.

I'm enjoying this show, even though all the 'drama's' are just petty and annoying. John does get over sensitive, but he clearly does his job well and makes the agency lots of £££'s. Of course the more drama the better the ratings.
I believe from the preview clips that Carole was being portrayed as a right old dragon, but she is actually quite nice and the scenes of the screaming between her and her brother Chris, although extremely unprofessional, really don't matter much as they are family.
The most annoying person is Annie, who manages to make any situation all about her. She is so whiny and up herself and really needs to be more presentable........what a total mess.
Leomie Anderson and Julia Nobis seemed really nice in their respective episodes and all in all a decent insight into a hideously fake environment.

Annie is the one with the contact lenses?? That part was soo funny. She's in the corner trying to get everyone's attention and nooobody cared. I kinda get the feeling she's a failed model herself, so she's working in a model agency to make up for it...

Agreed with everyone else that the latest episode was mighty boring with all of the office politics/drama.

Without knowing the entire background, it's difficult to draw conclusions one way or the other as to whether John is being overly-sensitive or if the other bookers are being jerks. It could be a little of both. The one guy very well might have been joking around with John, but because John already felt slighted by him and the others plus with Carole chiming in to "turn his frown upside down" (personally, I always felt sayings like that have the opposite effect and does come across like the person doesn't give a damn why you are stressed/annoyed/upset and they're just really picking on you), it felt like an attack and maybe he'd just had enough. Then again I could totally see him being a thorn in Chris and Carole's sides if he's as up himself as he comes across.

I have to say that from what little that I've seen of her personality (on the videos posted by Elite and now this show), I really like Julia Nobis. She seems kind of hilarious.

I agree with everything you said... although there really is no way of knowing if there aren't some mitigating factors w/ Johns additude... it could be all in the editing...

Julia Nobis is a doll!!!

and there certainly is a serious lacking of decent shows about the fashion industry... I prefer the more realistic ones instead of the ones with all of the staged and unrealistic antics.

I enjoy watching this show, more for learning than the drama though. Fashion week looks like a really hectic time for them all! Julia seems like a really nice girl too

I think this episode really solidifies how absolutely annoying John is, really none of them seem to have any redeemable qualities, except for Christophe who's really hot.

I didn't see the whole episode but the two male models I saw were complete idiots and totally reinforced those model stereotypes of yore.
