It's based on the true story of Latif Yahia who was forced to be the 'fiday' (bullet catcher) or body double for Uday Hussain, the oldest son of Saddam Hussain, during the 80's when the Hussain's were at the height of their power. Dom plays both Uday and Latif. It's being billed as a real 'Scarface' type of film.

Super excited for Carnage, Texas Killing Fields, Coriolanus (the English major in me flipping out right now), and Page Eight even though I have no idea what it's about, it's got Bill Nighy, Michael Gambon, Ralph Fiennes, Rachel Weisz and Felicity Jones. So I'm there.

Undecided about Trishna. And Machine Gun Precher... Do we really need another 'White Savior' film? I know it's based on a true story, but still.

The BBc are showing Page Eight in the UK as a series from next week I think it is. Texas Killing Fields looks interesting but I have such a problem with Sam Worthington, don't enjoy watching him at all and honestly, he's a bit of a douche! I've seen the play version of Carnage numerous times and it was always hysterical, I think it's a brilliant cast and just watching Kate in the trailer, it's utter genius! Coriolanus and machine Gun Preacher are proof of what happens if you give Gerry Butler a good film, he is capable when he wants to be! That said he's starting to look a little 'try to hard to be taken seriously after so many rom-coms'.
