on the last pic i liked the dotted ones,but u can see small pics of some other nice shoes...
hair and make up must be natural,but if u have nice eyes,or lips,one of them must be in center...
so,i am blond,here is me,after l'oreal shoe... the acent is on my eyes...
i had pale lips, but this pic is like 4 hrs later...

Well I think it depends on what sort of activities you will be doing. You will be rushing around a lot no? So maybe take a pair of flats for the carpet with heels that you can change into later while rushing around? It really depends on your own personal style. Maybe you can elaborate a bit? Do you want to buy something new or use something you already own?
What Fun.....how about alot of ann demeulemeester with some tall platforms that are comfortable. I would wear a great black jacket (this one has embroidery on it and a pointed wide collar) with a simple white tee underneath, a pair of black leather leggings and a wide headband to hold my hair back.

I wouldn't wear anything already posted.
i think a dress might make you feel more comfortable maybe??? amongst all the glamour
some ideas...
a shirt dress-
wrap dress-
some type of skirt/top mix-
more casual looks might include
a flowy top mixed with jeans and interesting boots
cropped blazer with silky top
you can do the 'white shirt trend' and just mix it with whatever bottom you please and add interesting jewelry

I'd wear something that is not every-day wear but at which you feel comfortable in. I'd either go in a dress or a pantsuit. I would not go with an outfit that screams for attention, ie has lots of details, strong, bright colours, weird shapes...I would go for something classic, and I would try to keep everything to the minimum. I would not try to follow the trends, but pick up a good classic dress which would suit to my body shape and skin tone.

I would probably wear a black suit, with some black satin accents for that glamour factor. Definately would not wear red shoes, because the carpet will be red no? My reason behind the black suit thing is because I think as PR you are supposed to blend in at these types of things, not be all glammed up, like the celebs. 
Well I'm from San Francisco, so I can personally tell you to pack at least one light jacket, a sweater, and one mid-weight jacket. You don't need anything too heavy because although San Francisco is year-around cold, it is because it is windy, not because the air is naturally cold.
