Admitting she's bewitched, Katie Holmes claims that boyfriend Tom Cruise has "cast a spell on me."

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Holmes, 26, says: "I have never been so happy in my whole life. It's truly so thrilling. He's the most amazing man I have ever met. ... Dreams come true, and I'm so in love with him."

She adds: "You know what? When you know, it's so exciting. It's like, 'Wow!'"

Echoing basically what Cruise, 41, told Oprah Winfrey, Holmes said that when it comes to the possibility of the two getting married: "We have to talk about that, but I love that rumor."

One rumor she did shoot down was that she needed to be dragged by Cruise in order to appear in front of the audience on the Winfrey Show. "Dragging me?" says Holmes. "I couldn't wait to come out. I was like where is the door! Where is the door! I was so excited. He is so amazing."

Holmes's interview with ET is in conjunction with her new movie, Batman Begins, which opens June 15 – two weeks before Cruise opens in War of the Worlds.

Katie is 27, perfect age, she is an actress(not very good which is why I think I picked up on the fact that the relationship is bogus) She is multi-lingual, she is very intelligent b/c she attended columbia university, is very well spoken and very attractive It says they must accompany the man to premiers and events and that is ALLL Katie has been doing, its so public, a little TOO public if you know what I mean. I think they are trying to make it look real by going and doing everything with each other but it’s a little to much to be normal.????

My mom mentioned something to me today about how somebody handed Tom Cruise a list of younger women (of which he requested) that would boost his image. Has anybody heard anything about that?

It seemed absurd to me at first, but who the heck knows. I know they say he contacted Katie after he saw her in a film or something.

June 6, 2005 -- WHAT'S going on with Katie Holmes? Tom Cruise seems to be exerting ever more control over his sweetie/ fiancée's career. Holmes, who has been spending a lot of time at the Scientology Center in L.A., showed up at the junket for "Batman Begins" at the Regent Beverly Wilshire with "an entourage of Sci entologists in tow," said our spy. "At lunch, Tom came and after he left, his sister [and publicist] Lee Anne Devette sat in on all of [Holmes'] interviews. The producers and Warner Bros. are freaking out. They are worried Tom's bad p.r. is going to rub off." Holmes own p.r. man was also at the interviews, but Devette had "control. It's getting weird." Neither Devette or Holmes' rep re turned calls. A rep for Warner Bros. declined comment.

And that main paparazzi guy, Woody was like "uh, your publicist called us." Tom acted like he didn't hear. Inside Edition did a whole segment about it. I laughed for a good 20 minutes at that."
