^yep, I've read that yesterday and I was shocked at her suggested diet. Less than 700 calories per day??
I'm only sticking to the exercise 3 times a week and definitely not 6 days a week as she recommends..
Anyone tried her new Metamorphosis workouts? There are seperate dvds etc depending on what your body shape is (i.e. pear, apple etc). It sounds great but I am skeptical
Daniellat: have you done the arm workout from the mat program?
I stopped doing it a week ago, and now I do the sitting arms video from youtube then the post pregnancy abs and arms.
I already know the whole routine by memory
