You can find other things to wear that are comfortable and don't make you look like a consumerist faux pas! UGH! I don't know why but people in Uggs enrage me. I just cannot associate with people who wear them. EVER. Have you ever noticed it's always a certain "type" of girls who wear them!?!? The type that is really annoying and probably also equally shops at Abercrombie and owns a hot pink Juicy terry cloth track suit with huge silver hoop earrings and ohh..my, I should just take this to the wannabe trendy girl thread. I hate Uggs for ruining fashion as we know it!

Not all of us fall into the annoying A&F crowd. Some of us just have genuine bad taste is shoes.

i own Uggs, i admit i bought them while shopping in SoHo and my feet were dead painful from the cold and walking, they're really comfortable and my feet stay warm! i wear them with my jeans over them so most of the time, i look like i am wearing huge dinner plate feet.
That said, i've never worn a miniskirt with them (whats the point? if your feet are warm but your legs are freezing off?!!) plus i dont own any velour tracksuits or anything by A&F. so please dont generalize about people who own Uggs...my mom has a pair too, and there's nothing stylish about my 55 year old mom no offense to her

I have a pair and they are very comfy...I use them around the house or wear to work before I put my heels on. Has anyone seen the Ugg ponchos and mini skirts etc? Just horrible.
