I actually really like it! It's nice to see someone who isn't a movie star or singer land the cover and I think she looks beautiful.

I can't quite pin-point why, but reminds me of their covers from 2008-9. I know they're the same fonts as always but there is something about the layout that makes me think of that era, which was when I first started buying this magazine so I think of it fondly!

More pedestrian than Serena Williams' cover! I mean this could be a red carpet candid for all we know.
Also, are they serious with those coverlines? Amal Clooney has defended (professionally, at least) some of the most unsavoury people yet. Sure it comes with the territory, but to herald her as an 'activist'??? What a barrel of laughs.

This is what happens when there's no star first lady in sight. The 'wives of...' will take centre stage.

Hmmm.. this is....different. Her smile is vey forced and awkward. She looks very uncomfortable. I agree that it's time to move on from celebrities. At this point it seems like their pulling names out of a hat. If Vogue starts using models everyone will follow.

I have seen People magazine covers that are more appealing than this. Why would a Vogue buyer care to purchase this?!! Even an unknown model would make more sense than a trophy wife. Quite frankly, i would prefer Kim over Amal. She might be well educated and accomplished, but she belongs in a feature, not cover! Can’t believe they pushed Rihanna to June for this nonsense.
