women wear bras, so what if people see it?...its natural!!!!only time I could agree that it looks weird if you see a worn out bra under a cocktail dress or something...

I believe the difference in opinion will vay by age and country, though as an adult male from a metro area and some travel in life, I tend to agree Knackebrod...

It reminds me of a photo I saw of the Spice Girls. They all wore suits and had their bras sticking out the front. For the time, it was rebellious and "Girl Power."

only if they are to be notorious black in a punk way and casual or you know to make it notorious in a way you must or something... if not naaaaah please i mean don't try to look sophisticated with a nice dress and then make us see your bra you look goes from 10 to 0... at least i do think that... or don't take out your jacket or scarf if you wear it... i mean i dislike good outfits ruined by the use of an unappropriated color of bra or using a bra when theres no way to use it or not use it when should be a must... And i do sound posh when im quite punk but please some common sense!!

i only like the visable bra look in the way of a drop arm hole vest and you can see the part that sits at the side/ribs, but only if it has a little embellishment or some lace, but only then!

Well, I don't have a problem with bra-strips being visible but what I think is more than just trashy is when the shirt is pulled down so much/ the cleavage of the shirt is so wide that you can see the top of the cups Couldn't find a pic but I hope you get what I mean

sarah jessica parker as carrie bradshaw looked wonderful when she wore outfits that bras were peaking out.
also i think that ashley olsen can pull off that look wonderfully.
when it is done tastefully it can look great...otherwise it is tacky.

Sometimes my bra peeks out of my tops (either the straps or the side underneath a tank top)... but I agree with the top of the cups peeking out being trashy. Its actually more than trashy, I just haven't thought of a word to describe it...

Anyway i think she kind of ruined the style unless she turns back and shes a total punk which actually rocks but I think she wanted to go sophisticated and that doesn't work this way.

i think this works cause in a way its such a part of the outfit... and if you look at it is minimal and tend to be discreet...aka sophisticated...

the whole visible bra thing can look quite cool, eg: baggy looped armholed singlets where you can only see the side...but IMO not digging the visuals from the front. Or the sheer for the matter..
