Vogue Paris October 2015 : Christy, Kate, Kendall & Gisele

Does anyone know what the issue comes free with in France? Anything special?

I'm eagerly anticipating the issue's arrival here (and wondering which covers make their way over)..

I just ordered this issue from my local book seller but they only have the Kendall cover :(:furious::yuk:

I ordered Kate's cover from ebay.fr, wasn't much more expensive than from magazine stores.

All the covers made it here thankfully. I don't think the issue comes with anything special in France (a supplement or something like that), which is weird considering the inflated price.

My friend bought it in Paris, no supplements, nor it's packed in the plastic bag.

I got Christy's cover and I love it! the other ones are unnecessary to me.

I REALLY hope it wouldn't be Ms.Alt who celebrates Vogue Paris 100th anniversary issue..

^_^:flower::cool::rolleyes::wink:

Does anyone know when this hits UK newsstands? They've taken September off the shelves, but not even the Conde Nast store at Vogue House has had it in yet...

I succeed to find Christy's cover, lucky me, here's the scans ^_^

I didn't have the time to browse through the editorials so I went to a book shop today and checked the issue out. I remembered that the 90-year-old anniversary issue was well executed so I had high hopes for this one as well.
After flipping through the glossy pages I left this magazine on the book shelf and ended up buying myself a good lunch.
It is a pretty lame issue.
:/

I noticed when perusing the issue that the cluttered layout made it hard to tell where the magazine ended and the ads began. It feels like an entire magazine dedicated to advertorials.

On a positive note, considering the redundant nature of anniversary, retrospective issues, many of the selected archival images were either new to me or not ones already littering social media sites, which is a major pet peeve when opening a magazine nowadays.

Often times images from Alt's 'Letter from the Editor' page grabs me more than the rest of the issue !

But that's the case with Anna as well, lol. Anyway, I loved this shot. Part of me felt they shouldve ran a modernised take on some of their archival hits. The IG dross wouldve lapped it up.
