I simply love love Lara, but her appeal is very limited, I dare say even in the fashion world. And she's certainly no where near iconic.

She is becoming such an icon. Don't get me wrong I like and appreciate most of her work but if I had to decide she would not become so big but other models and since I am realistic I am not talking about Julia.

Glad for her but the cover is not so great it's a little too soft I think not strong enough for the fonts.

Wow...Fashion Copious really just went through tFS and posted everything scanned last night without crediting a soul Normally I wouldn't even say anything but gosh W is annoying to scan...

Mods need to regulated others taking materials scanned by members.
We always credit their images but IMO they should do the same if they want to use the.

Surrealseven i have seen a lot of your scans on several fashion websites w/o them crediting you. Scanning is tedious and time consuming so it would be nice if they at least credited you.

I didn't even realize that at all until I saw the image and I was like "hey wait a minute..." because I could see some of the mistakes I'd made in the original I'm not peeved, just slightly confused, its still early for me... Oh well. I guess more people get to enjoy the lovely pictures of Lara and I should focus on that.

retailqueen, if only we could. The internet is way too large to police in that fashion but I'm sure good karma comes to anyone who credits. Also sometimes I think people aren't doing it intentionally as they could have been sent images from a third party source - as is the case with a lot of really big sites.

Yes I realised it too, Fashion Copious is one of the culprits, these people dont
know how much time and effort we spent on making a good scan, it doesnt just involve just scanning, resizing and posting

That's the reason I actually suggested TfS be open to members only, since membership is by invitation only

Hmm..I understand what you meant, but really, a little credit wouldnt hurt

For Fashion Copious, it is unforgivable I think, since more than half of the content
comes straight from tFS, basically it's like lifting like how my middle school teacher describes


But I do agree, Internet is way too vast to police...so basically what I just try to remind people to credit

we should make a thread to name and shame . it wouldn't be that difficult as there are many TFS members and only a few important blogs that constantly do this.

I post material from other websites but i ALWAYS credit them, the mods make sure it happens

^ Hmmm. I see what you mean surreal. I'd never really visited this site before so admittedly I'm unfamiliar with their practices. Perhaps we should move the scan debate into a separate thread if there is going to be continued discussion as we are starting to get away from the original topic of Lara.
