What's up with Christy Turlington "Burns" on the title?

I know - it's like free advertising for him to have his surname on the cover! I figure it's like Elaine Irwin when she got married and added Mellencamp to her name. At least it's a W cover I can get excited about.

That's actually a cover I would like to know. Unusual for W magazine I must say the content however is not so exciting although I like Christy and the work of Indlekofer and Knöpfel.

I'm not really a Christy person of late but she looks great on this cover. Very elegant and refined. This redeems W of their last completely insipid cover and is a good way to start the new year.
