For me, it was Inès de la Fressange. She was Karl Lagerfeld's longtime muse at Chanel during the 80s. I would often see runway pictures of her in fashion magazines. I was intrigued by her, as she had this ugly/beautiful quality about her. And, her performance style on the Chanel runway was always very perky and flamboyant. She would often walk down the runway with a cigarette in her hand. And once, she even took off her shoes while walking down the runway because they were hurting her feet.
