Who will be the next face(s) of Prada?

Well,than I hope the next face is Vlada or Snejana.

Vlada and Snejana are too established. I believe that Vlada has never worked with Meisel before but I could be wrong on that one. Prada girls always pop up on a exclusive out of no where. Ultimately, it all comes down to if Meisel likes you or not. Sasha won't be going anywhere any time soon. At this rate she might be the next Claudia Schiffer, who was the face of Chanel for 10 seasons.

Siri's mismanagement ordeal is quite unfortunate for her. She doesn't strike me as Prada material or a Meisel girl so I can't really say that I'm disappointed. Regardless, even if she'll never be in the campaigns....she'll most certainly walk for their shows.

I'm on Team Meghan BTW....i'm rooting for her to break the IMG domination somehow along with her fellow supreme girls

i dont think vlada has worked with meisel much, but I remember shots of her in a bath which he took. it was quite a while ago though.

That's exactly how I feel. I miss the days pre-Sasha when the multi-girl campaigns were multi-agency as well. Not that I believe everything in business should be fair, but I liked the way the campaigns looked when different girls and different faces were used more appropriately to convey the mood of the collection. Here's the Meghan finally breaking through IMG's stronghold...after all, the Supreme girls have been dominating the Prada runways as of late; its about time they get their recognition in the campaigns.

Supreme is such a horrible agency, if anyone breaks the IMG monopoly it'd be DNA. I miss the days of Hannelore, Amber, Elise, ect.

That Meagan girl has no substance, she is another Supreme girl, I really doubt she'd get a Prada campaign, I can't even imagine Meisel shooting her, he has much better taste than that.

the Supreme girls have been dominating the Prada runways as of late; its about time they get their recognition in the campaigns.

Yep...there's no escaping Meghan. She'll dominate the scene the same way Lara has been doing over the past few months judging by her upcoming projects...

Since IMG is such an large agency I believe that they have established close knit relationships with alot of influential casting directors,designers and photographers hence why most of their models book the biggest campaigns each season. If there's any agency that could potentially give them a run for their money than it has to be Supreme. I believe that they have been churing out alot of interesting new faces over the last year or so. They really have the coolest girls on their boards IMO...i also adore the way they present them in their tests/polaroids...it's so unkept, grungy and completely unique...

Y.a.a.r.s, the day a supreme girl gets an only-girl Prada stint...oh dear!. i'll literally die and go to heaven...gotta feeling that you'll be joining me too
Pilar S, Eugenia Vidal and Flo Gennaro also have great potential to be feature Prada girls

This grudge against Supreme seems to be preventing you from seeing the facts:
In the last two seasons of Prada shows, Women/Supreme was the only agency that came close to beating the number of IMG girls in the shows. In F/W 07.08 IMG had 10 girls, Women/Supreme had 9 girls, DNA had 2 girls and One Management had 1 girl walk in the show. In S/S 07 IMG had 8 girls, Women/Supreme had 6 girls, DNA had 3 girls, One Management, Trump and Next each had 1 girl walk the show.

DNA's only contributions were Raquel Zimmermann and Johanna Jonsson last season, and Elise Crombez, Bette Franke, and Raquel again the season before that. Raquel and Elise have been long-lived Prada girls, but as of late DNA has not been producing as many girls for the Prada shows. So no, it will most likely not be DNA that breaks IMG's strong hold; in fact it's already Supreme who has done this by booking Meghan for the cruise campaign. While I can see Miuccia loving Coryse Smet, Diana Farkhullina, or Zuzanna Straska, they have yet to walk a runway period.

^^^ Hmmm... I'll be interested in seeing that. His taste in models has really started to decline, first Anabela & Irina & now this girl?

^ But IMG is just such a big/good agency, I don't think IMG dominates only because of its business connections, they have amazing models! Supreme has neither amazing models OR business connections it appears.

& I would love to see Coyse on a Prada runway! But her facial expressions need major, major work.

In February of this year, IMG bought Art & Commerce!!! Art & Commerce represent many influential photographers including....ta da, Steven Meisel!

I would be happy with her for prada, but I can't remember her walking the show or her vogue italia cover.

^ Hotaru, Snejana has been the face of prada already - AW05-6 campaign with Sasha pivovarova. I don't see her coming back as the prada girl, she's more suited for YSL, Gucci etc.

i'm so excited about the spring show! i have a feeling siri will be look number two, because we've seen her in the the lookbook already. girl one will probably be someone brand new
