Your Signature Scent

Gaultier's Le male and my all-time favourite Santos de Cartier.

My signature scent is 'Mélodie' by Fragonard, a perfumery in Grasse, France.

I'm looking for a signature perfume, too. I also like vanilla/foody scents.

Lately I've just been using body sprays, like Bath & Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar and Coconut Lime Verbena (I don't normally go for citrus/fresh notes, but the coconut balances out the crispness of the lime and makes me smell like a margarita). The sprays are fine for going to class and stuff, but I'm looking for a real perfume for special occasions. :flower:

Romance by Ralph Lauren goes well with my body chemistry. I get more compliments when I wear it.

I own so many perfumes it's ridiculous! Maybe I should open a store!

Here are my favorites:

L' Eau d' Issey by Issey Miyake
Light Blue by D&G
Touch by Burberry
Brit by Burberry
Vera Wang

Noa noa by cacharel - I've worn it for years now but I think it is time to change..

I wear Noa too. Chanel Allure and Gucci Envy are nice on dressier occasions but I really want to get a bottle of burberry brit. I try not to wear perfume to school/work though except for a bit of vanilla body spray or coconut and mango hand lotion. It's common courtesy these days since a lot of people have allergic reactions or sensitivities towards scents. Too bad because I just love perfumes.

Vanilla perfumes are everywhere, but they are mixed with other scents that practically you can't sense it...

Dior Addict, one of my favorites, has vanilla bean, which is the strongest vanilla scent you can get, but because it contains midnight queen flower and orange blossom, you can hardly sense the vanilla...

Definately Hermes Un Jardin en Mediteranee. It smells like a mediterranean garden, not some gross English garden that has too many gardenias. Unfortunately, it is only a special edition scent and they are discontinuing it this summer. I will have to find something else, but most fragrances that are for men or are for both men and women are nauseating.

My husband wears Santos and I    it.

Has anyone smelled the new Lacoste for men? It is absoultely amazing! Would make me want to rip off a man's clothes right then and there! ;)

I have so many fragrances - lotions, toilettes and perfumes - that it's just frightening. But my favorite, my signature, is Clinique Happy. Everytime I wear it I get "Wow, you smell good!" and I seem to be more charismatic. Amazing how a scent can do that to you!
