I think it is not the ad itself that garners this much negativity but it is the leather overalls presented here, because they are awful.

I like the 'superstar boot' shot. It is gorgeous and succinct. We'll have to see more, but yes, the campaign is very 80s Versace. I guess the 80s inspiration was not only limited to the runway in this case.

Looks a little dated, but I somehow like it.
