I find myself looking at the background more so than the clothes. I'm not understanding the concept of having Raquel looking so dead and strung up like an addict. I'm so done with heroin chic.
Well, I'm not even a fan of Raquel and I absolutely love this. I just find it reminiscent of the ads I grew up with in the 1980's but in a great way. I agree that it is chic and stylish... Just interesting... I love the images and memories and places it conjures up in my mind. I'm a fan!
I can't understand why make Raquel, one of the strongest working models, look so frail and feeble with a solemn expression and peaked face against the industrial backdrop while wearing this rigorous and elegant collection. I suppose I don't really understand the branding, or the point. It all, just seems so.. sad.
I´m loving the black shot in #64, it´s fantastic, but then you have this scary face in the other one. With this collection, Raquel and the scenery they chose it had so much potential, but it´s kinda ruined by the make-up and some silly poses.
Never felt dissatisfied with Raquel and Inez & Vinoodh, until this. Even in print, Raquel's complexion looks lifeless and overly pale. To think what Claudia, Naomi and Christy's campaigns were like.. I'm beyond disappointed. Given the possible prospect of how much stronger this could have been.
