Alexander Wang F/W 10.11 New York

I don't like it, at all. A bit disappointed by Mr. Wang.
Not a single piece was eyecatching, in my opinion.

Didn't get to watch the stream :( Though honestly the collection was a bit disappointing. Maybe I'm not a fan of his look this season, he could've done much better. These are all cross-references to many 90s trends.

ugh i really really hate it. i don't like his use of velvet and pinstripes or those cropped things. just really unflattering in every look in my opinion:sick:
not very effortless at all

I wasn't sure about this collection. But I'm never sure about Alexander Wang collections, there are usually some pieces I absolutely love and rush out to buy and others that I hate. Generally quite hit and miss, and this time I thought it definitely got better towards the end. But I've been looking at the detail shots for this one and the more I look at them the more I grow to really like the mix of textures in this collection.

Not really liking this collection but I do like some of the pieces. I really dislike the hair and make-up.

Yes, this collection is terrible but surprisingly it's the most viewed one in tfs. Definitely things have changed.

Not my favorite this season. He can do so much better than this collection, I just didn't find it inspiring at all. It fell a bit flat to be honest.

I like this more than I usually like him, and i think it's much better than last season. (I really think he's overrated and i don't understand why he cuts and layers so many things all the time and tries to be trendy. It just reeks of try-hard to me.) Some pieces seemed very nice and elegant to me and were good blend of youth with velvet, which I loved. The major thing I hate is the bandeau-ish, cropped shirt, visible bra/bra-top thing. I hate this trend and I can't wait for it to go away.

Hm...this was an interesting collection to say the least. Not very wearable, but I do have to say that I like it.
