I just got back from the Target in Keene, NH where I go to college. I love that Target, because people in Keene don't know fashion and aren't willing to spend more than $20 on clothes from Target. Their loss, my gain! Anyways...

I ended up getting the blue 3/4 jacket. Love it. I also got the black and white striped/floral design sweater. Very pleased with my purchases!

arggh. I'm mad that every Target I've been to isn't even carrying it. Target is based in MN right? Why don't we have it?

i bought the white version of the ruffley top that chrissym bought.
it fit perfectly. i think it was well worth the 30$.

i also tried on the short overall dress and it fit well (although i didnt get it)

overall i think the collection is pretty great.

ugh...i came down with a cold today and didn't make it to target...i was browsing online, and a lot of the stuff i saw at my local store wasn't even on the site (ahem....velvet blazer... ) does anyone know when those berets are going to be up online or in store??? i definately NEED one of those........

Right. Certain items also become target.com exclusives but they always end up in the stores anyway.

those interested in the petal dress, i checked it out in person...at first i thought it was really overpriced but then i actually felt it and looked at it in real life and revised that opinion. the knit is a heavy, dense yet thin knit that seems more durable than most sweater dresses. also, it's lined, which is really nice, and the neckline, armholes and hem were edged in a sort of brown crochet trim. it has a lot of details, and the colors and pattern were much more subtle in person than on target's site. and it fits quite well, pretty true-to-size. i think it's one of the better-made pieces in the collection, actually.

i also checked out the cropped military jackets and was disappointed...the fit seemed fine but the material was this crepe-y polyester that i just couldn't get into.

it's like a waist length victorian type blazer with a fitted mid-section and gathers at the bust with lil round black butons up the center. it has elbow length poof sleeves....im a sucker for poof sleeves...kinda like this, but i cant remember if it had a collar or whatnot...it's rayon velvet and $39.99

at least i think we are talking about the same garment.

alot of times they ship things to the store and add online late. since they will have it out for 2 months...they have stuff to post a few weeks in.

like the white dress from Patrick Robinson...didn't go online for a few weeks in...

okay here are my thoughts. I ordered many many many like 10 boxes of pieces

I thought I would love the ruffle blouses and dresses but hate them. The buttons are horrible on them

this is the petal dress. Its very nice looking and feeling fabric

wearing it without a top under is not good. the dress is short so to balance it out I put a white button down under it.
