^ About time too - those chavs have had power over Burberry for too long.

Loving the coat in look 2, seeing Prada in look 3. Loving the t-shirt in look 5 and the jacket in look 6.

Can't wait to see more!

The check!? Seriously!? Bailey, I thought we were past that by now?

Except for the look with the white bow in 3, I'm not seeing anything good.

yeah the 3rd shot on #1 is really Prada
and...is it my eyes or the sweater length is until the thigh at 1st shot on #2

love it but not the check

Stunning but the the classic Burberry print is sooooooooo chavy, that you can only wear it outside the UK.

Not into the check, maybe if ithey did like a variation of it, instead of just blowing it up.

OMG, this is soo amazing (no to the check though), that tailored blazer jacket? Puuuure  i swear this is the kind of stuff i would TOTALLY steal from my boyfreind and wear. :shifty:

this doesn't look as promising as previous seasons.... hopefully more creativities will come later from the photos....

Given the economy, it isn't surprising that they're pushing the check, but given how almost everything from the non-Prorsum lines is already coated with it, seeing it here is disappointing. Based on the photos so far, many of the challenging pieces from older collections are gone, but it also lacks the effortless appeal of some of his older work. A friend and I once discussed how, while we personally didn't want to wear Prorsum, it would be great if the average guy on the street could take a bunch of tips from the s/s 09 collection. That kind of desireability isn't showing up here (yet?). As it stands, this is like a super-safe variation of the themes from McQueen f/w 06 (the one with the high waisted pants and frills).

Didn't Pilati do something like the red lapel in the first post? Also worth noting are the longer sweaters. I like the idea, but based on similar ones I've tried on, they get a bit tough to walk in.

I think Prorsum will still price ridicurous even the economy is now worse (I don't see they price less for S/S 09 so far)....from what we look here, it is not worth the price as compare to this winter season.

A lot of the FW09 menswear collections aren't very remarkable, you can really tell that economic downturn has really affected designers...
