Wow, that's so weird. I know the girl in the middle of the pic in Rio in post #142. Her name's Kaylie Curneen; we were both boarders at Berkhamstead.

^Chelsy always had more staying power than Kate, in my eyes.
The chemistry between Kate and Will was non-existant. Some people said that the obvious passion between Chels and Harry would fizzle out but it's been three years, they are not even living on the same continent and yet they are going strong. The supposidely more stable Kate and Will could not even survive a mere 2-hours drive separation.
So yeah, Chelsy is here to stay.

However, it's very clear that becoming a princess is far from her mind, as evidenced by her sartorial choices and attitude. While 'princess-in-waiting' Kate would dress as a dowager and build clever relationships photographers, Chelsy dress like a beach bimbo and stares at the ground. I doubt she is even thinking about becoming a princess. She just seems to love Harry and hell with the rest. So I don't see her becoming a royal bride any time soon if ever.
Also, I believe when they break up it she will be the one to leave: Harry seems to worship her and be far more dependent on her that her on him.

Just my two cents.

Harry is gonna be dependent on whatever woman he falls for because he was so young when Diana died and he never truly became independent of her. I think Harry will marry before Wills. When is chelsy's bday?

In my opinion because Chelsy is so unlike the British royal family. I mean when you look at Kate and her family they fit right in - I can totally imagine them standing on that balcony. But most people in the US and Britain probably can´t imagine themselves like that, that´s why they relate more to Chelsy and consequently support her. I mean tackiness is really popular at the moment in these two countries and looking at Chelsy´s family I doubt that she will ever become chic.
The truth is that we cannot judge their characters, we can only judge their appearance and in this respect Kate´s family fits in, but Chelsy´s doesn´t. The royal family doesn´t dress too nicely, but with an exception of Zara, they don´t look tacky.

I would just like to add, that I don´t think that the public has any right to judge the girls that the princes choose, so I am not against Chelsy becoming a princess. Maybe underneath that fake hair there is a really nice girl, but we will never know.
If you want to judge partners, you have to elect people. It just goes to show how outdated monarchy is in this day and age.

^^ Lina your theory is flawed because Kate is far more popular with the general public. Chelsy never had widespread support, for a number of reasons, her sartorial tackiness included.
