my eta is next Wednesday, so keeping my fingers crossed. I've contacted Bluefly and they swear they sell authentic stuff and would guarantee money back. So we'll see.

Has anyone seen "Little Man"? The lady on there is carrying a Paddington which they show lots of times since the guy is trying to get back a diamond that he put in there. Anyway, the bag looks like a fake.

aspen, do you happen to have a screen shot of that bag? I'm curious to see if it actually is a fake. But then again, why would they use a fake when the designers give out certain items to be featured in movies or on TV for free. It's also advertising for them.

The bags lock was very shiny and the leather looked off. They showed it a lot but not enough at a time to get a long look. But I'm pretty sure it was fake.

I like it Christinakung - I've seen it in store and I like the dark padlock. I have a thing for navy and it's one of the nicest navy bags I've seen.

The verdict is in, the cream paddy from Bluefly is authentic; however it's missing a metal peg on the left handle. So I sent it back.

i bought the chloe bugatti at nordstrom for $1375 instead of $1800 (with help from a friend that works there. she used her discount while the bags were already on sale and then gave it to me). was this the best deal or can i get it cheaper elsewhere?

Christinakung - that is a nice color bag however I think that one pictured is a fake. The leather looks really off. You may want to post pics of it when you get it to confirm.

Seahorse - thats good to know that Bluefly has authentic Chloe. To bad about the rivit. Its an easy fix for a leather repair guy but with all the sales going on you can easily find a perfect Paddington.

yeah. it looks like the paddington but it has the horizontal zipper around the bottom

I know what your talking about. I thought it was called a Bowler. Does the zipper go all the way around?

LVR just had some on sale. Chloe in South coast is having a big sale. You may want to see if they have it.

it is good to know yours was authentic seahorse.. but too bad the peg was off.. I'm still looking at my rouge paddy & it really is gorgeous... so I don't think I can send it back. There are black & the dark metallic blue paddys on net-a-porter US right now for $891 & an aubergine paddy tote with a large pocket for $1020 + lots of other fabulous bags & wallets about 40% off.

Bugatti is the name Nordstrom gives this bag. I have heard it also called the Bowler and the Zippy.
