Christian Dior Haute Couture F/W 2006.07 Paris

The leggings are by far the strongest looks. The rest are kind of Galliano-fluff.

That's of course not to say they're absolutely gorgeous, just nothing really new...I dont mind b/c last seasons was horrid...

Absolutely speechless now. The armours are stunning, and yet there is still a sense of femininity in them.

ELISE CROMBEZ is back at Dior Couture! How lovely is that as well as the dress!

Why is there always someone who says the designer copied another designer? That doesn't happen people... stop comparing. These are clothes... i'm sure there are similarities in them all the time; that doesn't mean someone copied or was even inspired by someone else.

Sorry... just had to say that because i am sick of it :p

The photos Mr-Dale posted on #204, the girls with the giant dry hair that stand up, does anyone know if people usually use wigs or hair products (like hairspray) to do that ??? :o

Okay, I like the bit after the black leggings, those ball gowns get a little too 80's in some places, very loud.

Where the hell are the Gemini, damnit!!

Yes the 80's feeling could go..

But I really love how different they all are. Each one is like a character in some fantastic dream

I agree to no end. You took the words out of my mouth.

And wow, it took a double take to see Tiiu in this!

I like the dresses on Jacquetta and Dewi ... the one on Stella is ..ok.

The whole punk segment is SO good!

all the work that goes behind this, truly gorgeous!!
Seriously, it's crazy!! Gives me a headache thinking of how much time and meticulous work go into everything.

Oh yeah, and Galliano looks like a buffoon. :p

Wow, I see so many different references in there. I see Erte, Greek mythology, Medieval costume, Samurai, 80's new wave punk/Blade Runner, Schiaparelli.....my god. It makes absolutely no sense to me, but the results are beautiful.

I like everything but the black and red section and the "Alice in Wonderland" section. Other then that, it looks entirely wearable.
