^ Shame about the fabric hiding the seamwork, because the construction of this is pretty spectacular! Especially the skirt. Would love to see it in motion.
I far prefer what this collection translated into for Spring 07 RTW. I've never liked this collection. There's just something so cheap and saccharine about it, but is also so visually disjointed. Costumes as opposed to couture. But the client dilutions capture something about it, maybe because that dose of pragmatism makes it easier to digest. Sure, some are a bit dumpy but I like the honest they embody.
