Live Streaming... The F/W 2025.26 Fashion Shows
I agree, it is the best so far.... everything was so extravagant, so intricately detailed and so gorgeous...Originally posted by Pradaromance12@Jan 22nd, 2004 - 9:20 pm

Can anyone help me out?
What's the relationship between Avedon and the Egyptian theme?
Over in the "Style Star" forum there's a thread about celebs at the shows. SJP is in a pic at the Dior show and she's wearing something poofy but with short-sleeves. In the vid, does the extended arm look like hers? I can't tell after seeing it thrice.Originally posted by brian@Jan 21st, 2004 - 10:49 pm
I noticed a hand pop out at John as he was walking from the catwalk back to the backstage area. He grabbed her hand and walked away. Was that Sarah Jessica Parker?
i thought the same!! the bangles moment was a great touch! and the uplifting/gospel like vocals was perfect for john's walk. i have no idea if it was jeremy healy or not but i would love to knowOriginally posted by Atelier@Jan 22nd, 2004 - 11:28 pm
As chickonspeed just posted, the music was great. My two favorite moments are the "whistle" sample from "Walk Like an Egyptian" just a few seconds worth, and right at the end how on cue the vocal comes in and there's John striking a pose. Anyone know if Jeremy Healy did the music for this again?
Thanks. That's an excellent on-going collaboration. Jeremy is a terrific DJ.Originally posted by chickonspeed@Jan 23rd, 2004 - 9:53 am
Yes, Jeremy Healy did the music.

John Galliano is making a mockery out of the legendary house of Dior. To be honest I wouldn't mind this at all as long as he did it under his own label.![]()
I agree 100%.Originally posted by eguana@Jan 24th, 2004 - 7:06 am
