Daily Exercise #1

^ I wish that had been my workout! I miss my pup. I ran 3.5 miles this morning before work.
 
Went on a leisurely bike ride for an hour (about 18 miles). Cycling is one of my favorite things to do in the summer.
 
This thread used to have so many members posting. :(

Today:

- Swimming - 40 laps
 
i have been sick sick and sick yet again.

but today i started excericising.

powerwalking for 30min.

believe me, i was almost death after it hahha
 
walked to work this morning 5 miles

this evening:

45mins running home
30 free weights, sit ups and lunges at home
