Did pilates today, ran 15 mins, elliptical 20 mins
I also wanted to share my fave inner thigh workout... do 100 on each side a night, they're great!
1 hour power walk with my doggy.

This morning: swimming - 60 laps in 40 mins (partly using swimming fins, that's why!)
^I took my dog for a brisk walk today too, a bit over an hour, also an hour of pilates and half an hour on a bike.
Never used swimming fins, you must reach a really high speed, need to try it someday.
