Dior Homme S/S 11 Paris

Paris is all Black and White and Grey ... This is the dresscode of the city !

Anyway, this sum up what we're seeing in menswear for some seasons (at least, the main menswear i like - though not wearing them). Looks like a mainstream collection of the Doma and the likes etc.
spotting some influence of early collections by Slimane ... like the Red collection or something ... or Boys don't cry ....... ?????

particulary like the final looks and the volume ones ...
very well edited and cut outfits !

From my point of view, it seems this collection is quite aged. It seems its pretty much the same.

Personally, I think it's his best work for Dior Homme, however unoriginal it is (that's KVA for you). The finale asymmetrical blanket coats are so gorgeous that I actually want one...

^ Weren't those the main colors that Slimane used season after season as well during his tenure?

I mean can anyone really say that the Dior Homme name is associated with color?

True, but Hedi managed to include some color and sparkle there as well. Always offering something different season after season while clearly remaining true to his aesthetic.

KVA's collections tend to look all the same. I don't see any variation within his work.
