Elio Fiorucci for H&M

 sue them well

Swedish high-street fashion chain Hennes & Mauritz AB has been sued for trademark infringement by Japanese company Edwin, according to Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter.
Edwin has sued H&M over a swimwear and summer range designed by Elio Fiorucci, alleging that H&M is not allowed to retail the clothes as it purchased the Fiorucci trademark in the early 1990s.
Edwin wants H&M to remove the lines from retail and halt its advertising campaign featuring the items.

To me they seem like normal H&M stuff. Nice colours, I can imagine my little sister wearing that kind of pieces of clothes

thanks for that lena...:flower:
funny bit of news...

makes sense that a japanese company would have bought the name...
all that colour and splashiness that fiorucci is famous for seems like it would do very well over there in 'hello kitty-land'...
