i know there have been similar threads posted...but I was wondering if anyone has a specific routine they like to follow at the gym...

And what do you do when your routine starts to bore you?
 
I was just wondering, what type of exercise routine, should a unloved tummy revieve to become more like this...

maybe you should try pilates or yoga if you don't want to have big musceles..
 
^ Yes, definitely pilates! :woot:
It exercises my tummy more than any other workout I've ever tried. In fact, after I'd first tried it, my muscles were really sore. I guess that's a good sign :rolleyes:
