Ooo, I love things with pumpkin spice. Where can I find that?

I love Whole Foods!! Such a great place to shop. Anywayyy, my fave healthy food would have to be... baby carrots. I eat them constantly. Those and green apples... Mmmm...

I've never thought about throwing grapes into the freezer. I might try that today, is there a special technique?

navel orange...cut in wedges against the grain
granola bars...sometimes dipped in peanut butter
yoghurt w/ granola or plain...strawberry, cherry, peach
baby carrots w/cocktail sauce
sliced cucumber sprinkle with salt
almonds, cashews or pistachios
roasted sunflower seeds...no shells
dry roasted peanuts
japanese rice crackers-esp the ones w/seaweed...
sm bowl of raisin bran
cheese...variety
olives
cornichons
grapes
grape tomatoes

i basically love most fruits and vegetables ...

Nope, just throw them in the freezer until they are completely frozen hard (will take a few hours of course). It's especially great on a hot day!:p

And oh yeah, those clementines are fantastic^_^

ecological low-fat pear and banana yoghurt
almonds, cashews, pistachios and dry roasted peanuts
cherry tomatoes
cherries
berries : blue-, rasp-, straw-, boysen- ..
pears (the soft kind)
grapes (seedless)
clementines (early on the season..the ones after Christmas tend to be lacking the tanginess of those picked early on in the season)
homemade edelflower juice

wasabi peas
string cheese!
finn crisp multigrains with brie
celery with cream cheese sprinkled with crushed macadamia nuts (can you tell im on low carb?)
bright green new pickles (like katz's) from gus's pickles
gen macha green tea (has puffed rice, so its kinda a snack)
and of course beef jerky (i know you secretly love the stuff, dont lie)

favorite sneak in snack for movies: toasted puffed kashi with sea salt and butter

I don't really eat snacks, but when I do it's things like...

- baby carrots and hummus
- tomato juice
- apple
- red grapes
- almonds

I like a lot of those mentioned already, but also must add bananas.
