Fave HEALTHY Snack?

is sugar free jello available in the little make-yourself packets? i can never find it..
 
popcorn-a smallish bag is about 40 kcals..its good when you want something salty, rather than having say a bag of crisps, where there's more kcals & fat.
 
I hate to say it, but I go through almost 1/2 a pack of gum every day because each piece has so few calories (or any nutritional value, really). I guess it also stops me from eating, because I'll go to shove something in my mouth and be like, shoot, I've already got gum in here.
 
^ Yes, I chew gum often, as well. It keeps me from eating, really... OVER eating. Extra is good.

I think I chew Extra. I'm not really sure, honestly. I'll take whatever gum is within reach (not the best idea, I suppose).
 
I've recently tried Baked Snapeas. I found them at Trader Joe's. I just which they weren't as greasy. But they're good for you. Oh, and raw almonds have replaced the chips and popcorn that I never really did eat.
 
And for those who want to naturally whiten their choppers, opt for strawberries!
