Again, I think this is going to be the campaign of the season for me, already, I adore the second shot, this has completely nailed the entire collection for me! And I can't understand how anyone can say this doesn't look like the typical Mert and Marcus work.

They've turned a seriously ugly collection into something really stunning, this campaign looks amazing already. Love the dynamic in the second shot and the colors are amazing. The cast seems promising, too.

The worst thing about this campaign was always gonna be the clothes, so it's onwards and upwards and so far so good.
I don't get the post-apocalyptic feel, that others have said re. Versace/Cavalli.
If there is, it is much less obvious and the lack of saturated colours makes the images markedly different from previous M&M campaign work.

Stef's shot is miles better than the first one posted. Curious about how they will lay them out in magazines.

It doesn't impresses me yet but I like what I'm seeing so far. I like that it doesn't scream Mert and Marcus, I like that they tried to create an atmosphere apart from the collection adn that they succeeded, I like that they manage to make me forget my anger against Riccardo for this awful collection but mostly I like the fact that there's to be a story behind campaign. Some kind of car crash thing , or apocalytical feeling. i'm Dying to see more.

That's exactly what I was thinking. This is so reminiscent of the F/W 06 campaign and it doesn't help that Stella was also in those ads.

Nonetheless, this is stunning. The mirror concept is quite intriguing.

Though I am not a fan of the stella shot and it's obscure styling, it won't stop me from buying the dress she has on. It's an edgier version of the white slip dress from this season's collection. I do love the campaign though, it has a haunting wiccan techno feel to it.
