Goyard bags / luggage

Kou...mine isn't painted but my good friend both her's done..and it looks really nice....I would do both sides. :)

Question for those of you who have Croisiere: Does the bottom part of the Croisiere sag? I know that bottom of the LV Speedy sags and I hate that, does the Croisiere have the same issue?

hi kou, the croisiere doesn't sag cuz it comes with a stiff goyard board that you can put in and out of the bag.

Just wondering if anyone who has the Jeanne MM could tell me if it's a good size for an everyday bag? I keep going back and forth between the PM and the MM. :flower:

MM is the perfect size for Jeanne. PM is a tad small whereas GM is just too big.

I popped into Bergdorf's today only to my surprise...They carry Goyard too!! I was a bit suprised, it startled me. I tried out the white (which I thought was a Barney's exclusive) Croisiere, Im back in love with Goyard but the Croisiere is too unstructured for me, Im still eyeballing thier structured tote...Im feeling either the blue or the red...

Yes DiorLing Bergdorf's has had Goyard for a few months now....When I was there looking I found the sales woman, blonde, very un-friendly/un helpful which is soooo not typical of Bergdorf's.....Barney's is still the best place for Goyard in the city, well, for me anyway. :)

I had a hispanic woman who got really worked up when I wanted to see something in the case and she didn't have the key, I mean like four people came over to discuss the fact that they didn't have a key for Goyard... She tried and was so nice, invited me to go back tomorrow, I may or may not...

Well, the hispanic lady was from the Hermes section of Bergdorf, so that explains why she didn't have a key to Goyard (the Goyard rep already left is what she told me) Sooo...Miss U&U is probably the only one...

 Well..as much as I love Bergdorf's...I can't say the same for Ms. U&U...Off to Barney's for Goyard...:flower:

I've been eyeing the white st.louis mm tote, but I heard that the leather trim and handles could crack over time...is that true? Also I heared that the customized stripes can fade over time as well...which kind of turned me off...but I wonder if these situations are common...

Bagfetish posted here about the peeling issue...I would have to say I guess those issues could happen...My bag is new and I have uesd it a great deal and have skuffed a tiny cornor on the bottom, other than that it's in great shape:flower: .....But nothing stays perfect with use....

Thanks for all the great info in this thread and the info on the Jeanne MM. :flower: I'm really looking forward to getting it! (for Christmas!) ^_^

Does anyone know how to threat the leather parts, especially the handles? Or should you leave them alone as with LV Vachetta?!

Thanx beaumonde!

BTW: The Goyard website says they're selling bags in the Isetan Shinjuku Store in Tokyo, but it seems they aren't there anymore. When I was there I couldn't find Goyard and when asking at the info point I was given the 2 other adresses. I'm wondering if they aren't doing so well there

just saw some Goyard fakes on iOffer... (an eBay member wrote a guide about Goyard fakes with the adress), seems the St. Louis isn't the only popular style. Anyway, do ALL Goyard bags/ANY Goyard bags have date codes/Serial numbers in them? The fake St. Louis from Shanghai do... I can't find any number in my Okinawa tote

^that is so annoying. I hate fakes!!!! anyway, my croisiere has a serial number in the zipped compartment inside the bag. What's really depressing is that I wanted so badly to buy the St. Louis but all the fakes have been giving me second thoughts about it.
