You know, I realized today that I don't think of Fred as being dead. I just can't accept it, so in my mind he and George go on to grow up together and everything -- I prefer it this way. The other deaths registered somewhat, but not his.

Oh, I know! I can't even imagine what it would be like to lose an identical twin. Plus they ran the joke shop together, and lived together. I really really loved the book, but I wish there had been a little more resolution at the end about what would happen to the other characters. (aside from the ones in the epilogue).

Did anyone else feel quite sorry for Voldie (in DH), or was it just me? The fact he wasn't able to love or trust anyone was kinda sad, even if he is a total psycopath

SAME! Oh my God... I was boarding and I was waiting at the airport--our flight was delayed and I was reading... and I STARTED TO CRY. Then everyone was staring at me, with all of eyes widened... It was weird, for them too probably.
