I was reading POA yesterday and Hermione mentioned that Dementors could see through Harrys Invisibilty cloak yet in DH isnt it supposed be the most safest and inpenitrable item? And Harry goes into the ministry after he's taken the polyjuice potion and goes to the hearing where Hermione & Dolores are under the cloak but as Dementors are there, wouldnt they have seen him?

No I don't think so, it was when Harry wanted to go to Hogsmeade but didnt have a form. I think J.K made her say it so it became a fact (if that made sense), either way if it was just Hermione being a smarty pants, shes always right anyway!

Did anyone else notice how they set up the alliance with the other schools in the Goblet of Fire, but then those schools did not join in the battle against Voldemort in the last book?

^ Hmm, I think wizards in other countries wouldlve stayed there to be safe, I think some in England may have tried to escape too. But Krum was there wasnt he? For Fleurs wedding. Wouldve been good to see him fight but we don't really know who he favoured (what with Igor etc)

The only death I cried over was Dobby. I don't think I had enough time to marinate the other deaths- never quite sank in.

Not sure if this is the right place but, I just finished reading POA and theres one bit that made me cry which I compleletly forgot from when I last read it (also Ron has the best lines in the book)

I really think Sirius was one of the best characters and it was a shame J.K had to kill him off so early on. A waste.

Not a problem, because Dementors can't see - they can sense human presence, of course, but are sightless.
