catty put up the SC clutch

I saw that earlier and it looks really very good- albeit a tad overstuffed; judging from the pictures the mono alignment is almost perfect. I'm not really a clutch person (I always end up loosing them when I go out) and I promised myself that I would wait until Catty produces the PS1's before I make my next order with her, but if she makes the asphalt suede too then I'm seriously going to have to reconsider. I'll just live vicariously through you guys for now

what do you think of this coffer replica? i can't find any major flaws when comparing it pics of the auth. (maybe i'm bad at spotting them. lol)

I just looked through some pictures on NAP and from what I can see the placement of the two studs at the back of the bag is slightly off and, according to the members at tPF, the leather flap above the lock should be longer to entirely cover the leather strip beneath it. I'm not an expert on these things (far from it actually) but I doubt anyone would be able to spot these flaws without intensely scrutinizing the bag. HTH

Thanks for the side by side. It does look a tad overstuffed, but it's really good. I'm also waiting for the asphalt suede. But, you're right the PS1 clutches are great too. Choices Choices

I just ordered Catty's SC clutch. I will let you know how it is when it arrives.

On a side note - I ordered the LV zippy coin from Catty in monogram more than a year ago. It still looks brand new. It has held up the best of any wallet I have ever purchased (authentic or rep).

I love this style, and I've tried starting a list awhile back, but unfortunately with the opened top, not many people are interested.

Maybe we can start a list once T&D announce the new colors?

jacky hinted that he will probably have white and navy color selections available within the next couple weeks!

here's my red/coral maxi. posted in the picture thread, but wanted to x-post here as well. (sorry for the quality, i used my cell phone. the lighting was natural sun but somewhat filtered by privacy screens. still fairly accurate, but the bag certainly has a coral tone, much like it's authentic counterpart if i remember correctly - a true red would have been inaccurate IMHO.)

quilting is lined up well, stitching is nice and neat, lock is easy to fasten and secure (and the finish is certainly not dull as many were concerned about from his pictures). i plan on ordering more! which explains the request for white and navy, hehe.

Catty's Totally Damier Azur PM arrived just as we were leaving town. It was delivered within four days of ordering the bag. I am amazed and very thrilled with the quality of the bag. My only critique is the leather on the straps are not quite as heavy as my authentic Batignolles. The O's on the label are oval instead of round. But the canvas is very soft and light and pliable like the authentic. Here is one picture. I will post more in the picture section. The bag was $105 including Express Mail shipping.

Balenciaaga Giant Brief?

Ladies, Jacky has a blue "Giant Brief" with GSH on his site. I don't think I have heard this bag mentioned by anyone, have I? Is it actually called something else? Do T&D make this style? I quite like it. Just how "giant" is it? There seems to be a Giant Mid-day that looks similar. Since I'm not that into bals (veiny or otherwise) I usually tune out when the conversations turn to T&D etc. Sorry. Care to educate me? Pweeeze?

Is this bag a very large bag to carry? especially on a 5"2 girl like myself....I'm fallllling in love with this bag..And I have been on the search for a red bag since forever!!!

And did you mention WHITE AND NAVY?? omg!!!!!!! I wish that he will make a rocking white 2.55 lamskin/caviar flap...looks like I better not place my order with him for now....
