A long while back someone posted a picture of the Balenciaga collection. They literally had a rainbow collection of about 20 Balenciaga bags. They showed a picture of their bags stacked up on top of each other in rainbow-colored order. Does anyone remember who this was? I love that picture. I wanted to look at it again and figure out what colors I might want.

I have to update these pictures, I've gotten almost ten more bags since then!

it sucks that the replica ddon't look like this. from what i've seen the replicas are made with really thin "leather". if anyone knows a more real looking one pass it on

I think that the newest Miu Miu bow bags are made with thin leather, where as the older ones are thicker leather. THe bag I got from Catty has thicker leather (not at all thin like bbags) and the leather isn't shiny or smooth like the new bags. I think Catty's bag is more similar to the old style bow bag with grained leather.

Dewey Blues- I wouldn't fret about the mirror. I have never used any of mine , even though I do use a pocket mirror thru out the day. i just always forget about that one and grab my trusty sephora one out of my bag.

T&D sent me an email that they are doing APPLE Green. So if you ladies want one email them. Also said Vert D’eau and Turquoise bags will be out in 2 weeks!

I just got that email too puggysgirl!!! apple green is my fav colour!!

I was reading back through the old thread and realised I had to request a longer strap at the time of ordering which I didn't realise

Can I get NBF to send me a longer black strap do you think?
Or is there anyway to doctor the existing strap? Maybe rip it apart to make it double the length and then only 1 side would be the proper shiny leather?!!

I haven't fully inspected the bag yet but its very shiny- what do people in the UK do to tone down the shine please?!

PS thanks for saying about the mirror- not sure if I should give it to my sister at all or should I try to take the broken mirror out (but reluctant to further break it due to about a million lifetimes of bad luck -I wish I wasn't supersticious lol!!!)

the longer strap that should be order is a part-time strap. people buy city bag but want PT's strap. i thought you said u ordered a PT, so that's the long strap already. if somehow turn out the strap u have isnt a PT strap, and you would like to order one, then you can, but you have to pay additional shipping. which i believe around 20 for just the strap?!

Hi Dewey Blue Eyes, I'm so sorry your mirror broke.
I don't know how much it would cost, but I would go to a mirror/glass place and see if they'll cut you a piece the same size. Better yet, you might get lucky, if you look at makeup compacts. Find one the same size, and just heat up the glue with a hairdryer and pop it loose.
Then go to a shoe repair guy, and ask if they could fix it. They would only have to take a seam ripper to one edge to slip a new mirror in.

baby yorkie- I did order a PT!!! it was a clearance one...

The strap is about 71.5cm long (approx 28.14 inches) long...

Melissa I did think about that idea too but not sure I trust any of the shoe repair guys around here to do a proper job on it!

if you want the longer strap you may ask T&D, they might make it for you but that strap you have is the longest.
