there are quite a few posts in the old thread on defective bags and the resolution. they are quite nice to deal with

I just received my GSH Ruby City form T/D and guess what??? The Giant screw that holds the strap together was already off when i opened the bag... literally fell right out of the bag. What is going on with their quality control... it cant even screw back on! Any ideas on how to fix this? I love the bag they are amazing at what they do... but come on it was already broken when i got it!

Nina, the same happened to me a few months ago, the boys sent me new screw-I fixed myself-that easy I didnt have to go to bag repair shop or wathever.Dont worry boys are very good-they will never left you with broken bag, they will fix the problem

i have to leave a feedback for CATTY here,since i find out about her in this site,
ii bought a chloe bag from her,and the handle broke,
i send her pics and she inmidiatly contact the factoy,and ask me to send her the bag,
yesterday she mail the bag back,fixed.
i have to say,that i ididnt know what to espect,
but her customer service has being oustanding,
you can trust catty,she will take care of you.

How long does it usually take fabaaa to ship? i placed an order for an mc bag and have yet to hear regarding tracking info. the site still says my order is "processing". I've emailed as well and haven't heard back.

usually, they'll get the bags on ioffer as they're shipping them to the clients who pre-paid.

it'll be announced here too, i'm sure

that is, unless, they've only made enough for whomever ordered one. not too sure.
