the bag is very big. but it slouches and if u clip the side together, it will look smaller. but def. not for petit girl who arent really into big bag the bag is absolutely gorgeous! it's not mine anymore, it's coming to another loving mommy

Here's a closeup of my Damier Azur from Jacky. I saw the auth today at LV and it was slightly whiter than my rep....maybe it was because of the lights being so bright. Or maybe they made it whiter? All pics I've seen of auth Azur have a bit of off white/cream color to it. I LOVE Jacky's Azur and I think SMKelly's brilliant story is enough to sell anybody!

Hey all,

So I slunked out of the office with my new tote, wondering how close it is to the auth.

I just checked on the LV website, and DAMN if they didn't get ALL the details correct?!?

The handles are correctly slanted and placed, the logo placement and stud placement is spot on, the inside looks correct, even the length of the inside clasp leather bits looks as right as one can tell.

Sorry I don't have pics, but I SO LOVE the Damier Azur line. Got this for $100 shipped to Los Angeles.

Am looking for the USB wire for my camera so I can post pics.

Score one for fangfang!!!!! Thanks so much for sharing. I'm mad about Azur too. PERFECT for Spring/Summer and drool-worthy with a deep patina!! Congrats Shelley!!

I have ordered so much stuff from rep sellers in China and have had only one bag seized/opened by customs. It was an ostrich horsebit hobo from Jacky several years ago. When I received my notice from Canada Post, it had an amount to be paid at the bottom. Long story short... I guess they opened it at customs and assigned it a value for duty/gst whatever and I had to pay about $70. Wasn't a huge deal, I really wanted that bag! I did wonder though how they determined an amount to charge me. I mean it was in a Gucci dustbag and everything and I think Jacky had written "curtains" or something as what was inside the box. My horsebit hobo and I are still very happy.

What an arbitrary amount to pay for customs! I would have been terrified that they discovered it was a rep and seized it... luckily they didn't!

Thanks everyone for the Naomi shout outs..I am hanging her up by her strap as of now so she gets that more "lived in" look...tonight is her first night out..I wonder how she'll do.

Parkmin- The bag du jour always gets the seat on the table..That seat is reserved for the working horse!

My behind the door bags are assorted and rarely see the light of the day ...for now my PS1 is there ..But she will be out again on Monday for my VH1 shoot.

So do we think that the colors that T&D are releasing for the wallets are the next round of handbag colors? Or are they just using up "leather that's around the house". Sandstone, Vert Gazon, and Rubisse?? I was on the list for Sandstone!!! (and being a relative newbie i have no idea if the boys already did these colors a while back)

Also, everyone that just got RH bags... Were your tassels streaky or good? I had to color my black RH city with a dry eraser marker!

The boys definitely did sandstone before my time. I am going to get a Raisin Large Money and a vert gazon money. Looking forward to hearing what the new colors will be.

Everywhere i seem to go in NYC I see those bags with the flower petals on, the design takes up the whold front of the bag...do you all know what I mean? I think they were originally Valentino..but now I think they have them at the GAP!
