yeah, I miss her too and some of the others-I thought I was into mono canvas but I think she's the queen!!

oh, and if you are going to ask jacky or catty to source something for you, make sure you send a photo along with the model number and description and ask them to confirm you are talking about the same thing so there is no misunderstanding of what you want!!

have u seen auth pics of this chanel? i'm not sure about this, but the style i saw on the chanel website long time ago was slightly different, and i cant seem to find this bag on tpf, yet.

what about painting a GSH with gold paint... could it work???? i don't think there's been talk of trying that yet?

^ i think that's what the problem is though... the authentic hardware is either gold or silver plated. replica hardware is not going to be made with genuine gold or silver, so they paint metal hardware to look like it's gold or silver and that's why it looks so dull and lackluster...

I just meant that when fellow members post there used bags on ioffer, i don't think it's for us as fellow members of TFS to say publicly what we don't like about the bag, if it's not us buying the bag, why should we comment, thats what I meant Theres detailed pictures of the bags normally disclosing the details, I don't think it's our job to give someone else's bag an autopsy Just my opinion tho...maybe i'm in the minority.

I think u forget that this is a public ioffer thread, not just t&D's thread, nor Jacky's nor Catty's only. I think we're allowed to discuss any bags listed on ioffer, new or used. so i dont think pointing out something or make a comment (bad or good) is wrong at all. Different case if people listed it on private sell like bagswap. Like someone who tried to sell Vert D'eau Work, with a faded spot in front for $300 . People commented / criticized it either it's fellow/ not fellow tfs member's listing. and there's still someone who bought it anyway, at a decent price of course.

for those who've pre-ordered from the boys, did anyone ask if they would be improving the hardware... AND providing dustbags with the print on them?

The reason why they did not provide was because their factory "ran out" but if they've taken over, will this problem be fixed? I wouldn't even mind if they charged me a little extra for the proper dustbags...

If they can't print it in-house, surely they can order from a diff factory - the ones that supply Catty/Jacky/Fangfang?

We need to complete the experience!

/\ I also agree and have not forgotten that it's a public thread, As is ioffer, and if people on this forum have comments about the bags being sold on ioffer maybe we should just go straight to the ioffer page and post "your bag is not the real shade of ***** or your bag is gorgeous but it's got the wrong zip, or your bag was never made in that style are you aware of that? Are you aware that you're selling a bag with incorrect hardware. Even if we don't want to buy the bag, but because we just want to point out the flaws?
why beat around the bush, lets educate the world I'm up for it...I'll just join in.
As public as a forum is, I beleive and feel that there is a protocol and mutual respect and I try and factor that into a public thread as wel.

Could someone please recommend me a good seller for LV speedy's. I remember previously someone mentioning Joy at AAA. Is she still reliable? My sister is looking for a damier azure 25. Jacky doesn't have one and neither does Catty. TIA. Seller could be from iOffer, doesn't matter....

ladyluxe: The boys have improved the hardware and I have pointed that out in several posts here. They improved the Giant Hardware on all the bags from O-rings, bales and tassels. I can see the improvement in all the bags I have purchased recently.

As for the dustbags not being printed with Balenciaga, you should write to them and tell them that you would like the dustbag printed with Balenciaga and see what they say.

I'm definitely with you on how they've improved.. I've seen pictures of early NBFs and the hardware def. looks way better now!

I guess the boys have built up this whole hype about taking production into their own hands, which inevitably leads to greater expectations from his customers. If a lot of less 'famous' sellers can provide dipped bales and dustbags (meaning there is supply!), our boys surely can!

We point out the flaws on J's, C's and ioffer sellers' bags all the time.
There is no reason why complete transparency is "wrong" or would pose a problem.
That is unless the seller has something to hide, or is trying to take advantage of inexperienced buyers.

I have a question please, I would like to order the outremer from T&D I cannot decide if I should get city rh or city GSH or PT GSH? does anyone know if the leather on the outremer will be the same as it is on my anthra or officer which is quite thick, which hardware would you say it would look better with? I have been thinking about this for a while now so I would very much appreciate any suggestions/opinions, TIA

btw, I saw someone carrying a Day in covered regular hardware and went to check it up the internet. There's one on HG Ba g s now. It looks very subtle and sweet but kinda strange to me..

Iwas wondering about the handles too..Did they fix them?
I haven't bought from them since last September.
The only handles that are spot on are the twiggy's style.Is it so difficult
to do the same on other styles too?
