It's weird to see Raf's name attached to womenswear. So far I can't say I am impressed and I wasn't planning to be after seeing the womenswear. The stark minimalism doesn't translate well to womenswear. Jil was simple but never boring. Her clothes had an element of intrigue that made them sexy, these clothes as I feared are a bit too matronly. I do like it, for now. It is fresh and looks very very natural but I hope next season he spreads his wings a bit more, at least for the girls. I still want to see more before I give my final thoughts.


p.s. LOVE the boots! I am glad he put at least one of his own touches in the collection and they look great!

hmmm, contrary to the men's collection (which followed a nearly IDENTICAL aesthetic), I am strangely attracted to these designs on women. a really solid collection imo.
