i love this! so theatrical!

So far what I like the most are his iconic pieces mingling between, that soft blue dress with red embroidery, that bias cut number with tassels on the sleeves, Natasha´s dress and so on, the set reminds me of his summer 99 collection inspired by Nijinsky and I don´t find the make up and head pieces distracting at all, they help built the theme and without them it would be so... so unGalliano, the models are performing as they did when I fell in love of his shows, cool!

It's actually a pretty subdued collection for John. The styling and the set make it theatrical, but there are some pretty wearable pieces throughout the collection.

I think I like it!

my personal opinion on the collection is that its ok but i'm not really feeling it. there's some wearable things in it but it's pretty much (stereo)typical john. and like i said i'm kinda over him (and definitely over dior).

I think I like it!

I agree...and I think this is actually better than S/S 08 which was nice but when stripped down just a parade of chiffon bias-cut dresses. This actually seems to offer a lot more than just that!

I love the turquoise dress as well as the silk jersey one after it.. plus, those MC Hammer pants on Stam look interesting

Pretty wearable, some of the coats looks very nice and the long dresses as well.

There are some gorgeous dresses here but I wish there was more continuity in this collection. It's pretty much a scattered mess of a collection. I apologize ahead of time to the die hard Galliano fans!
