Could we see KL in NY!!?i've always wanted Karl to show in New York again. Not only would that bring some excitement to the city, but it would also expand the notion of the kaiser's real world domination.
this thing he loves to say "no one has done this before, hm?" it'd be good if he did it again!! has anyone else ever shown in the three cities?!

I want Karl to stay in Paris, I hate NY as a fashion city.
Wasn't the cruise show in Instanbul? Let's hope his new collection is good, I didn't like Shanghai prefall.
One of the best things of Karl's collections is the story behind them, he said the final dresses of his F/W 10.11 show were inspired by the texture of the snow. He always tells a story, there's nobody like him.
By the way, I find him really young and beautiful in the lastest photos.

perhaps the recent earthquake in turkey has something to do with it... there are rumors of a quilted grand palais replica being built underneath the sea just for the event.
i hear construction is going well, and karl has visited the location twice. he didn't use a submarine but his newly designed safe for the immersion.

it may sound dreamy to some (not that i am one of them perverts), but it makes little sense.
lanvin is to chanel quite what vogue paris to us vogue after all. circulation is different, volume is different, pressure is different...
i can't see Alber managing to reinvent himself 8+ times a year, when he can hardly do it 4 times a year at the moment.
the labels may compete creatively and in the fashionista arena, but in terms of business, they are in completely different leagues.
