Oh. My. God. I am in love! I think it's definitely one of my favorite collections of the entire season! I've always felt Lanvin is a bit overrated. His collections are usually hit or miss for me. But this is fantastic! I'm in love. I love the clothes, the make up, the accessories, EVERYTHING!

The wigs were used to AMAZING effect. The dresses were a perfect combination of fierce and feminine. Alber never disappoints!

There are so many interpretations of possible inspiration behind the wigs. Did anybody thought about Jamie too? She's the current face of Lanvin after all

About the clothes... Last time I've been thinking it would be nice if Alber left the dark, nocturnal vibe for the moment, but looking at this I don't mind at all. In fact, it all works so perfectly, the clothes are complimented by the wigs in such a strong and powerful way. One of my personal favourites is a combo of the LBD with accentuated shoulders and the fur boots - so surprising to see, yet the whole image is just striking you at the first sight.
