Sounds like telephone line. The BI didn't say if it was reduced to one photo or not, if anything it sounds like they were completely taken out. Here it is again...

What darling little diva stropped so bad on the set of a Vogue editorial, that despite pictures being taken of her, she was dismissed from the shoot and her part in the editorial was sliced out. She might still be doing well in another sister publication, but we'll see about her next appearance in this one...
