Model Behavior (PLEASE READ POST #1 BEFORE POSTING)

another one is tiiu. very nice girl but very inappropriate, even for me who defines himself as very liberal:shock:

really? I had no clue, she always seemed so fun loving backstage

edit: nvm

it's not good for a modelling career if you have tattoos all over your body and on feautures which are quite visible

if designers would like them they would draw them on the models skin^^
but it's better to don't have any tattoos

It's astonishing to me that any model would want to f*ck up a relationship with Steven Meisel or Prada...they still remain the top tastemakers in the biz. That's like a model blowing off an appointment with Anna Wintour too...it's just career suicide...

Freja is lucky IMG pushed her so hard...

And who can forget Naomi Campbell? Basically if you see a woman with a cellphone in a dark alley, RUN.

I think Naomi is probably a bit more temperamental than diva- sweet, until you get her upset. And I know pleanty of poor people like that...;)

Linda Evangelista, however, has always struck me as a primadonna.

and of course there are stories with a number of the girls with them and flavio briatore (the one who got heidi knockep up)

I feel sorry to bring up rumours but
I also heard that Behati is an arduous person

hope that's wrong

Oh No They Didnt:

 I think Snejana may have some competition in the diva department...although she isn't that crazy...

I don't see what's the big deal.

First, smoking in the airplane has nothing to do with her modeling career. It's an entirely different story. Actually, I heard people do that. I never saw anyone getting caught, but I know that some people do that. And, quite honestly, I don't think that that's an attempt at the flight safely... There hadn't been any greater amount of flight incedents back when smoking on the airplane was legal.

Second. The girl is from Ukraine and very young. She probably doesn't speak English very well and she could just get herself misunderstood in that Prada incident due to the language barrier. I mean, the way it could happen is that someone, say a make-up artist, asked her if she liked the look she was wearing and she said no and Ms. Prada overheard that. Or something like that.

So, if anyone was acting ridiculous and immature in that situation, it was the designer. Taking the girl off the show just because she said something... That's just, like, silly...

And, if none of these is true, poor Lera...

P.S. I like her purse !

I would have to disagree that smoking doesn't endanger flight safety. What if the cabin caught on fire and it would spread? Can you post the statistics that there haven't been any greater amount of flight incidents back when smoking on airplanes was legal? It is a danger and thus not allowed. The accident rate is lower because of such preventative measures. Just because people do that does not make it correct nor should it make it alright.

I don't know about Naomi Campbell but she strikes me as being incredibly arrogant and self-centered. Plus the phone incidents were horrible. I guess thats her weapon of choice

Agree with you. There are much worse things in the world.

she didn't said "I don't like it I'm not gonna wear it" she just said she didn't liked it.
Took off the girl who's going to open your show just because she don't like it? Please it's ridiculous

I'm completely with you on that.

....can you imagine YaYa going in for her Olay shoot and going "Man, Olay SUCKS, it's the worst product EVER".

Do you think they'd want her to promote the product? No.

If a model goes into a show as a PROMOTER of that garment, and she publicly voices that she doesn't believe in the brand, that is BAD PUBLICITY. Not only that but it's INCREDIBLY disrespectful and plain stupid. I'd kick her out of my showroom that's for sure.

She didn't voice anything publicly, she said it backstage. :)

and Mariacarla (used to be?) crazy, insane, sick in her head, funny etc. ... she even destroyed a Givenchy Couture dress (long time ago) backstage the day of her birthday or whatever... she was dancing, jumping etc. and she broke it...an accident... didn't do it on purpose...

Mariacarla ? What is it about her ? What do you mean by strange, insane and sick in the head ? I heard she was one of the nicest and friendliest person in the industry...

I often heard that Milagros thinks she's better than the rest of the world

I don't know anything about Milagros, but I don't think that her thinking she's the best in the world should cause too much problem to anyone.

I'm surprised Stam's supposed "diva-like" behavior hasn't been mentioned here yet.

So I'm mentioning it
